How do I reserve a rental?

To reserve your rental simply select your desired size and rental duration on any listing, select a delivery date (we recommend selecting a date 1-2 days before your plans). Afterwards simply add your rental to cart and proceed to payment to complete your reservation. At checkout you will be able to enter a shipping address or choose the pickup option to pick up your order from our NYC studio.

Do you offer shipping on rental orders?

Yes! We can ship your rental anywhere in the U.S. We will make sure that your rental arrives on time.

Can I pick up my rental locally in NYC?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our downtown Manhattan studio. At checkout simply select the pickup option. You will receive an email with the instructions to complete your pickup.

How can I return my rental?

You can either ship your rental back using the provided prepaid label or drop it off at our studio. Please note that all returns must be received within 7 days of the last day of the rental and in their original condition.
