Terms of Service for Rentals

We are delighted to provide you with our rental services. Please read these terms of service carefully before using our rental services.

1. Rental Agreement

   By using our rental services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines provided by EDNA ST LOUIS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Rental Process

   • Selection: Browse our collection of clothing items available for rent.
   • Booking: Select the items you wish to rent and specify the rental period.
   • Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, we will prepare the items for delivery or pickup.
   • Return: Return the rented items in accordance with the agreed-upon rental period.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

   • Fees: Although normal wear is expected if excessive damage to the item is found upon return a varied repair fee up to and including the full cost of the item may be charged.
   • Payment: Payment for rentals is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified on our website.
   • Late Fees:  If your return is more than 7 days late you will be charged the full price of the rented item.

4. Delivery and Return

   • Delivery: We offer shipping across the U.S. as well as pickup from our NYC studio.
   • Return: You are responsible for returning the rented items in their original condition by the end of the rental period. A prepaid return label is included in your rental.

5. Care of Rental Items

   • Condition: You agree to treat the rented items with care and return them in the condition they were received.
   • Cleaning: Normal wear and tear is expected and included in the rental fee. Excessive stains or damage may incur additional repair fees.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

   • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund or credit. Please inquire at rentals@ednastlouis.com for details.
   • Modifications: Changes to your rental order may be accommodated based on availability and our discretion.

7. Ownership and Use

   • Ownership: All rented items remain the property of EDNA ST LOUIS.
   • Use: Rented items are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior consent.

8. Privacy and Data Security

   • Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, EDNA ST LOUIS is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our rental services.

10. Governing Law

    These terms of service are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
